3. Email

E-mail becomes one of the convenient option to request for address change when your have an email registered with your bank account. However, you need to print out the modification form and self attest your valid KYC documents to the SBI bank branch.

• For students residing with relatives, address proof of relatives, along with their identity proof, can also be accepted provided declaration is given by the relative that the student is related to him and is staying with him.
• In respect of close relatives e.g. wife, son, daughter and parents etc. who live with their husband, father/mother and son/daughter, as the case may be branch can obtain an identity document and a utility bill of the relative with whom the prospective customer is living, along with a declaration from the relative that the said person (prospective customer) wanting to open an account is a relative and is staying with him/her.
